Connecting QuickBooks Online lets Lucent retrieve your company's financial reports automatically so your dashboard stays current — no scheduled emails, no manual exports.

What to expect:

1. You'll use the secure connection link Lucent provides to your team.
2. You'll sign in to QuickBooks with your own Intuit account (an administrator of your company file) and choose your company.
3. You'll review and approve access. Lucent never sees your QuickBooks password, and the connection is used only to read report data — it cannot change anything in your books.

This is a one-time step. You can disconnect at any time from within QuickBooks Online or by contacting us at todd@lucentai.us.
