Reconnect your QuickBooks Online account
QuickBooks connections occasionally need to be renewed — for example, when an authorization expires (Intuit limits connections to a maximum of five years), when your company's QuickBooks administrator changes, or if access was disconnected.
Reconnecting takes about a minute and works exactly like the original setup:
- Use the secure reconnection link Lucent provides to your team — or email todd@lucentai.us and we'll send it right over.
- Sign in to QuickBooks as an administrator of your company and approve access.
- Your dashboard's automatic updates resume with the next scheduled refresh.
Reconnecting doesn't change your data or settings — it only renews Lucent's permission to retrieve your reports. Details in our Privacy Policy.
